Vito Giordano, Ph.D.
Vito Giordano, Ph.D, is a Clinical Neuroscientist with expertise in neonatal neurophysiology, utilizing eye tracking methods and fNIRS. His current research centers on the development of the central nervous system and cognitive assessment in premature babies. He serves as a Senior Mentor and Lecturer at the Medical University of Vienna and Doctoral Program of Clinical Neuroscience (CLINS). Areas of his research focus include pain and sedation assessment, mother-child bonding and bio-behavioral coupling, ML for automated EEG interpretation, NICU noise level management, and neurodevelopmental outcomes of preterm infants.

Dr Gustavo Rocha
Graduate Hospital Consultant in Pediatrics and Neonatology at the Neonatology Service of Centro Hospitalar Universitário de São João, Porto, Portugal. With a special interest in pulmonary pathology and neonatal ventilation, developed and collaborated in several research projects. Member of the Pulmonary Section of the European Research Consortium. Author of several published articles and associate editor of medical journals.

Mandy C. Daly, Dip. H Diet & Nutrition, ACII, DLDU
Mandy C. Daly, a medical and disability underwriter, is not only a parent of a preterm infant but also the driving force behind the collaborative platform, The Irish Neonatal Health Alliance (www.inha.ie). Her specialization in Advocacy, Education, and Research has led her to contribute extensively to neonatal and pediatric health through advisory roles in organizations such as the PPI Ignite Network, the European Foundation For The Care Of Newborn Infants, and NIDCAP Federation International Board. She has been involved in numerous research studies, developing clinical guidelines, and serving on committees and boards.

Manuel Sanchez Luna, MD, PhD
Manuel Sanchez Luna is currently serving as the Medical Director of the Neonatology Division and NICU and holding a professorship in Pediatrics at HOSPITAL GENERAL UNIVERSITARIO "GREGORIO MARAÑON" in Madrid, Spain. He specializes in Neonatology, particularly in areas such as Mechanical Ventilation, Bronchopulmonary Dysplasia, and personalized nutrition. Dr. Sanchez Luna has a prolific academic career, boasting over 250 publications in national and international scientific journals and books. He is an active member of several medical societies, including serving as the President of the Spanish National Society of Neonatology and the Chair of the Neonatal Critical Care Section of the European Society of Paediatric and Neonatal Intensive Care (ESPNIC).

Lien De Proost, PhD
Lien De Proost is a researcher originally from Belgium, currently based in the Netherlands. Her recent work as a PhD researcher at Erasmus Medical Center in Rotterdam focused on the 'Ethics of personalized care at the limit of viability.' With a background in philosophy and bioethics, her research was an interdisciplinary effort involving experts from pediatrics, gynecology, and ethics. Her work involved quantitative interviews with healthcare professionals and qualitative research with adults born preterm and experienced parents. She currently holds a position of a postdoctoral researcher in Medical Ethics at Leiden University Medical Center.
