Are you eager to share a fascinating clinical case or an exciting improvement initiative from your Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)? This is your chance to take the stage and engage in a stimulating discussion about neonatal care management. We are particularly interested in abstracts that highlight real-life scenarios, unique approaches, and outstanding efforts in improving neonatal outcomes.
What Should I Submit?
Share your case reports, quality improvement projects, clinical guidelines, or research to engage in insightful discussions.
What’s the Required Format?
Create and print your posters in portrait format, not exceeding 100 x 70 cm (height x width).
Will the Poster I Submit be Published?
Poster abstracts will be included in the conference materials, presented as a shareable PDF for all participants. By submitting, you agree to the potential sharing of your abstract and poster during and post the conference.
How Do I Submit?
Complete your personal details and Poster Abstract following the provided template and send it to posters@meetup.99nicu.org.
When Will I Receive Acceptance Notification?
Expect to receive confirmation on your poster abstract’s status within two weeks.
Is There a Poster Contest?
Yes! Judges will assess entries based on content, clarity, and potential for interactive discussion. Winners receive certificates, and the best poster will receive a free registration for the next 99nicu Meetup!
